WARRANTY & RE-WELDING APPOINTMENTS
We offer a two-year warranty on all of our permanent jewellery, including a three-month guarantee – if your bracelet breaks within this time, we’ll replace it free of charge. After your warranty period ends, you can still book a complimentary re-welding appointment where, depending on the issue, you can purchase a new bracelet at a discounted price.

What jewellery can I choose from and how much does it cost?
Your welding jewellery must be bought in-store from our welding jewellery range on the day of your booking appointment. You will be able to choose from our range of chains and up to three charms to create your bespoke look. You will not be charged for the welding service.

Can I remove my welded jewellery?
The beauty of a welded bracelet or anklet is that you wear it 24/7. However, if you do need to remove it for any reason, a pair of wire cutters can be used on the jump ring or connector part of the chain. Once this is done, make sure to keep your chain as we should be able to re-weld it for you in-store for free.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! We make scheduled appointments via our booking service, but we may accept walk-ins on a first come first serve basis based on availability. If you would like to enquire about same-day welding appointments, please contact the store you wish to book your appointment with.
What is the warranty on welded jewellery?
We offer a 2 year warranty on our welded jewellery, with a three-month guarantee.
